Refund and Returns Policy

We value your trust and strive to provide quality products and services. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

We do not accept returns on any items purchased and shipped through our website. Exceptions: Returns are accepted for defective or damaged items, please check the Defective or Damaged Items section.

Refunds are only processed for orders that have not yet been shipped.
No refunds will be processed for products that have been unpacked, unboxed, or used. Please send us photographs of unpacked items through the Contact Us form. Our pickup partner checks for any damaged seals, if found to be unsealed, unpacked or used the item will not be picked up and the refunds will not processed.
In case the product is defective or damaged, it will be repaired or replaced through the nearest authorized service center, as per manufacturer’s policy.
Orders placed more than 5 days ago are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds are processed based on the payment method you have used in on your order you have placed:
- UPI: Up to 5 working days
- Cards: Up to 7 working days
- Net Banking & Others: 7 to 10 working days

If you receive a defective or damaged product, important: please make a video with the order invoice, unpacking the parcel, operating the product and contact us immediately via our Contact Form. If video or photos are not shared, we will reject the return.
Our team will guide you on the next steps, which may involve visiting or shipping the product to the nearest service center.

All refund or replacement requests must be submitted through our Contact Form available on our website.
Please include your Order ID, contact details, and a brief description of the issue along with any relevant images.

Any exceptions to this policy will be made at our sole discretion and will be communicated in writing.
